We are located on the south shore of the Caldonazzo Lake (just 10 metres from the beach), one of the warmest and cleanest alpine lakes of Italy.
Curiosities
The Caldonazzo Lake is the only lake in Trentino where you can do water skiing. Its temperature lies at about 22° and it was just last year awarded with “the blue flag”, the most important prize given to Italian lakes based on water cleanliness.

Just outside our place you are going to find one of the most beautiful and appealing cycling ways in the whole Europe. Offering a 70-kilometre stretch of pure fun and a great variety of panoramas from Pergine Valsugana to Bassano del Grappa in Veneto, the cycling way is serviced by trains equipped for bikes transportation, pit-stop areas along the way and bike renting and repairing services.
