What are the check-in and check-out times?
Pitches: check-in from 12:00, check-out by 11:00.
Mobile Homes: Check-in from 03:00 p.m. | Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
Reservations are confirmed with a 30% deposit.
The deposit is refundable only for cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
After this period, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
How can I pay for my stay?
The balance can be paid using:
• Debit card
• Credit card
• Cash
• Bank transfer in advance
The tourist tax must be paid in cash.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
• Pitches: Up to 3 dogs per pitch
• Mobile Homes: Maximum 1 dog (pets are not allowed in Natura+ units)
Available services: dog toilet and dog washing station.
Can I use a barbecue?
Yes.
Small charcoal barbecues are permitted as long as they do not produce smoke or disturb neighbors.
What is included in the stay?
Pitches:
• Space for your vehicle from 50 to 150 m², depending on the pitch type
• Electricity from 6 to 16 A, depending on the pitch type
• Some pitches include water supply and greywater disposal
• Free Wi-Fi
• Free use of the eco-island
Mobile homes:
• Fully equipped accommodation
• Air conditioning
• Parking space next to or near the unit
• Free Wi-Fi
• Use of the eco-island
Can I arrive after 18:00?
Yes, but please inform us in advance. Without notice, your pitch or mobile home may be resold.
Access is allowed until 10:30 p.m. for pitches and 11:00 p.m. for mobile homes.
Reception is open until 07:00 p.m. in low season and until 08:00 p.m. in high season.
Where can I eat, drink, or buy groceries?
Right next to the campsite is our Bar Gelateria Bellavista, where you can enjoy breakfast, quick snacks, artisanal ice cream, and drinks.
Open from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in low season and until midnight in June, July, and August.
Gluten-free options are available, and take-away service is offered.
Adjacent to the campsite is the Ristorante Pizzeria Riviera, offering a wide selection of dishes with both table service and take-away options. Gluten-free choices are included.
A fresh bread and milk ordering service is also available: simply place your order by 07:00 p.m. the day before to collect it the following morning.
The nearest supermarket is in Caldonazzo, approximately 1.5 km away.
