A family passion spanning three generations
It all began in 1963 when Grandfather Livio opened Camping Riviera, driven by the desire to offer travellers a holiday destination immersed in the beauty of Valsugana, just steps away from Lake Caldonazzo.
Today, over 50 years later, the third generation of the Bertoluzza family continues that same spirit of hospitality, maintaining a family-run approach that preserves a simple and genuine way of welcoming guests.

1963
Grandfather Livio and Grandmother Gina open a small campsite surrounded by nature on the shores of Lake Caldonazzo: simple and genuine, with a small bar and a big dream.
1970s–1980s
The grounds expand, services improve, and the second generation starts getting involved. Still very young, Cristina – Livio and Gina’s daughter – starts working at the campsite alongside the rest of the family.
1990
Cristina and her husband Stefano take over management, guided by their vision and a strong sense of hospitality. They invest time and resources, expanding the site, upgrading services, and introducing the first comfort pitches.
2000s–2010s
The business grows to include the Garnì Bellavista, with its 18 rooms and bar. In the mid-2000s, the third generation arrives: Aurora begins helping at reception, while her younger sister Monica starts at the Bellavista Bar, getting involved in the family business.
2015
Aurora and her husband Manuel, together with Monica, officially join the company. Their combined efforts bring fresh energy to the campsite’s management and hospitality, quickly becoming central to its operation.
2018
A new holiday concept takes shape: more comfort and higher quality. The mobile homes mark an important step toward a modern, welcoming camping experience.
2021
The campsite expands again with the new Gold Pitches and a second modern, well-designed service block: clean, functional spaces created to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
2026
The Natura+ Mobile Homes become our latest addition: modern, fully equipped accommodation set in a peaceful, green area of the campsite. They combine the comfort of a small home with the simple, natural atmosphere of open-air village life.
