Booking policy
Check-in and check-out
Pitches: Check-in from 12:00 a.m. | Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Mobile Homes: Check-in from 03:00 p.m. | Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
By notifying us via message, email, or phone, we can accommodate arrivals until 10:30 p.m.
Reception is open until 08:00 p.m.; if you arrive later, instructions for access will be provided.
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, motorized vehicles are not permitted in the campsite after 11:00 p.m. Upon arrival, all guests must provide identification, and any pets must be declared.
Booking deposit
Reservations are confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost is received (excluding mobile home cleaning fees and tourist tax). The minimum deposit is €30.00.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, minus a €5.00 administrative fee. In all other cases, including no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment of remaining balance
The remaining balance can be paid on-site:
• Mobile Home bookings: upon arrival;
• Pitch bookings: by the day before departure.
Reception accepts payments only during cashier hours: 08:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. – 07:00 p.m.
